Field Studies is proud to announce a new tradition in Eastern Finland - the first annual Kontiolahti Bluegrass Festival! Here are the details:

• Date/Time: 24th of August from 5-8pm

• Cost: Free for the community

• Location: Koivula Farm @ Oikopolku 12 Kontiolahti

• Line-Up: Our first headlining act will be Finland’s own, Jake & Rambling Blade - a Finnish band inspired by country, bluegrass, and Americana roots music. They’ll be joined by some local special guests and in addition to their set, we’ll also be hosting a bluegrass jam so please bring your instruments. Here’s a video clip and their first album is coming this fall so we’re so excited for them to join us!
