Music/Film Production Retreats Available for Booking

We are very excited to announce that the USVA House and UFO are both available for creative retreats for writers, musicians, creators, and visual artists. Here is an overview of both options:

Writing/Creator/Artist Residencies:

If you’re a solo artist, the UFO could be a great option as it is immersed in nature and you have access to both the sauna bathroom and our Kosmos Learning Space (with acoustic/electric guitars, electric bass, amps, monitor speakers, PA system/mixer, upright piano, and electric or acoustic drums on request.) It is also possible to try out new material for a small intimate audience in the USVA House’s main hall for ticketed or private events. Full Band Recording or Film Production Retreats:

If you are a band, or a larger group, the entire USVA House is also available for rental for a longer stay for recording or film production/editing. Some equipment can be rented but you can also bring your own gear and set up the space to your liking. The cathedral ceilings allow for a warm natural reverb that works especially well for vocals and acoustic instruments.
